Mare Atelier was established in Istanbul, in 2017. The brand aims to catch people by its timeless style. The handbags are handcrafted by native craftsmen and women in the Atelier. Every Mare Bag has a unique story behind it, written in the hands of the precious craftspeople.  Kardelen Sönmez is the founder and the designer of the brand. Her passion for the brand made it come to these days.

  • How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
    The product will be shipped within 3 working days at the latest following your order. It is stated in the average number of working days that each product will be shipped under the delivery information section on its own page.
  • What do items labeled 'Fast Delivery' mean?
    Products with the 'Fast Delivery' label are shipped within 24 hours.
  • What is the shipping fee?
    Free shipping to all parts of Turkey.
  • What are the payment options?
    You can make a Credit Card 3D Secure Online Payment or Manual Payment (EFT/Money Transfer). When you shop by choosing the offline payment option, your order will be shipped after you make a transfer and share the receipt information with us.
  • Does the return or exchange policy apply to discounted products?
    Yes, it applies to all products.
  • My order has arrived, I want to return it. Is it possible to get a refund?"
    All our products can be returned. The buyer's return request is accepted within 3 days after the product reaches the buyer's address and the money is refunded. You have to send the product you want to return to our address with the shipping fee paid.
  • How can I order from abroad?
    For your international orders, you can place an order by choosing the manual payment method on the payment page. With this method, you do not need to make any payment when placing your order. After you create your order, you can make your payment to the account specified in the manual payment method by EFT / Money Transfer method. In your overseas orders, your cargo is sent with buyer's payment. Feel free to contact us for more.
  • Is there a place where I can physically see the products?
    Each product has a 'Where can I find it?' There is an information section. Here, the physical and online sales points of the product in Turkey are displayed. The information section is updated 24/7.
